Who is Drew Stremick?

Born in northern Saskatchewan, raised on Vancouver Island, and for the last twelve years I called Calgary home. I've always had a passion for learning and telling stories. Growing up, and as an adult I was always told I have an amazing voice, and after almost a decade working as an electrician in Calgary I decided to go back to school and pursue a career in Broadcasting. As I made my way through the RTBN program at SAIT, I really felt as if I found my passion.

Over the past year or so, I really feel as though I've found my calling when it comes to being the local weather specialist here in Winnipeg. While I still do enjoy getting out and reporting during the holidays when the morning show isn't on-air, being able to prepare Winnipeggers for the day ahead is an exceptional honour.

In the future I hope to become a full-fledged Meteorologist so I can continue to improve and elevate my forecasts and on-air presentation.
